In connection with the Department's work, we process information about individuals (personal data). The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration processes personal data as secretariat for the Danish Immigration Appeals Board and the Danish Refugee Appeals Board.
The Ministry of Immigration and Integration is also responsible for this processing of personal data along with the Danish Immigration Appeals Board and the Danish Refugee Appeals Board. The Ministry of Immigration and Integration has therefore made data processing agreements with the Immigration Appeals Board and the Refugee Appeals Board. The agreements clarify the distribution of responsibilities with regard to the data protection of personal data area and ensure that your rights can be enforced effectively.
