SIRI collects and processes personal data in connection with the administration of networks, for example network meetings and conferences.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to be able to form networks of professionals and experts and host events, including sending out invitations to the events, preparing lists of participants, and issuing surveys. In addition to this, the data is used to continuously tailor and improve our networking activities, and to invite members of our networks to future events.

The legal basis for processing the personal data is Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 6 of the Danish data protection law, since the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Categories of data

SIRI typically only processes data about the members’ name, place of work, job title and contact information.

Recipients or categories of recipients

SIRI may disclose your information in the form of a list of participant to other members of the network, keynote speakers and co-organizers in order to make preparations for the event, networking etc. Beyond this, your information is not disclosed.

Storage of your data

SIRI will process your personal data as long as it is necessary for the administration of the network. Additionally, SIRI may be subject to legal obligations to retain a copy of the information, including the rules set out in the Danish legislation on archives.
